Sustainability played a big part across all 4 cities this year. To name a few: carbon neutral at Gabriela Hearst, upcycled textiles and leathers at Zero + Maria Cornejo, recycled fabrics at Preen and Marni, Gucci’s announcement of a commitment to 100% carbon neutral and Stella McCartney with her most sustainable collection yet with 75% eco-friendly materials.

Bra Tops and the rise of lingerie as outerwear. Corsets still relevant but took a backseat to bandeaus, triangle bras and structured bras this season.

Polka dots emerge as one of the most seen prints among different fabrics, applications and scale. Florals continue to trend from previous seasons but seeing newness with large scale statement florals.

Open work evolves in a more extreme direction as an alternative to classic lace. Large hole mesh-like, crochet and laser-cut details to name a few. Cut-outs in geo patterns and a focus on the waist is emerging.

Victorian femininity with an abundance of ruffles, puffy sleeves and deep flounces.

The reinvented trench coat was the most seen outerwear silhouette with newness with colorblock, prints and blush colorways.

Khaki continues as a key color this season and is even stronger. Updated with pops of bright colors and neons. Bold neons look fresh back to white and in head to toe outfitting.
